Special Exhibits

Enfield has multiple exhibits on display during the 2026 year. These exhibits will connect you with the history of the 250 years of Enfield’s relationship with the United States.

  • Enfield Town Clerk - Display of historic materials from the vault. On display between 9am and 4:30pm at the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall (820 Enfield Street, Enfield, CT)

  • Traveling Exhibit - a special pop-up exhibit with materials about the history that will be available to a variety of residents at different locations. Times based on location’s hours.

    • May 11 – May 22 – Schools (not available to public)

    • May 23 – May 31 – Public Library, 104 Middle Road

    • June 2 – June 26 – Senior Center, 299 Elm Street

    • June 29 – July 31 – Town Hall (on the green for July 4th Celebration)

    • August 3 – August 28 – Youth Center, 1010 Enfield Street

    • August 31 – October 2 – Senior Center, 299 Elm Street

    • October 5 – October 30 – Enfield Annex, 124 North Maple Street

    • November 2 - November 26 – Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street

    • December 1 – December 11 – Enfield Annex, 124 North Maple Street

    • December 14 – December 31 – Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street

  • Enfield Historical Society - Visit the primary collection of historical materials for Enfield between 1 and 5pm on Sunday (May - October). Other times by Appointment. Details at enfieldhistoricalsociety.org
